THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE APPLICABLE TO YOUR PURCHASE, AND NO AGREEMENTS OR UNDERSTANDINGS OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY ORAL STATEMENTS, WILL BE RECOGNIZED EXCEPT AS WRITTEN AND SIGNED BY JAMES PERSE ENTERPRISES, INC. (“COMPANY”, “WE”, “OUR”, OR“US”) AND YOU.
All Antiques are final sale. No returns or exchanges.
Orders and Payments: All orders must be paid in full at the time of submitting the order. All sales are final. Except as set forth below, no cancellations will be permitted following receipt of payment. For international orders, the purchaser is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, tariffs, and fees.
Returns: No returns are accepted. Goods sent to our store or warehouse without prior written approval will be refused and no claim will be allowed nor credit given for such products.
We do not ship or deliver. A member of our sales team will contact you to arrange pick-up or to connect you with a third party shipping service, which will be billed separately to you. Risk of loss and ownership will pass to you upon pick-up by you or a shipping service. Orders not picked up within 30 days will be subject to a storage and administrative fee of $20.00 per day.
Measurements of our products are available by request. Failure to ensure that your purchase will fit through doors, hallways, and elevators may result in additional delivery and handling charges, for which we are not responsible. You must inspect your goods upon delivery and notify us promptly (and in any event within 24 hours) if your goods do not conform to your order.
